Selling my 2009 SL550 that was purchased CPO about 7 years ago with IIRC 54K miles, I paid to extend the 1 year warrant to 3 years at time of purchase. The electronic valve body & sbc control unit have been replaced under warranty. I paid to have the power steering pump and ac compressor replaced a couple of years ago. The convertible top does not work. The car has a Blackvue dashcam installed with front & rear facing cameras. More negatives: all 4 19 wheels are curbed & the passenger front tire has a slow leak. As of last week I start getting intermittent check engine light which suspect is a bad coil pack - engine will run a bit rough when it occurs. It also has a slow coolant leak which I top off with distilled water - it appears to be coming from a smaller line on the driver's side of the engine. Battery warning light is on however I did replace the consumables battery with a Optima yellow top a few months ago - takes about 10 minutes for battery to charge to used heated/cooled seats. Brake assist warning comes on upon most starts until consumables battery has a decent enough charge. Automatic trunk lift does not work the vast majority of time. ABC warning flashes on hard bumps. Ash tray compartment has a quarter jammed in it and will not open. I have paperwork from Mercedes further extending the SBC warranty. The car has passed emissions every year I have owned it & I have the title.
