You asked for $500 more to expedite my order. I was supposed to get these wheels the end of August. That didn’t happen. Instead of refunding the $500 you gave me a gift card which I didn’t want. I’ve left numerous messages and emails. No response. Your last email said I would get the wheels by or before 9/29. Am I?
