We're finally selling our 2005 E55 Wagon. One of less than 200 made. We've owned it since 2007 and 20,000 miles. Love the car, but need the space in the driveway for a new teenage driver.
The E55 seems like a bad choice for him .
It is fairly low miles at 123,000. For its age, I'd say it is in good shape, but not great shape. It does have the rear facing third row, which we love. If the new E63 Wagon had one, we'd own it.
It is Black with Charcoal (Black) interior. I'll post pics as soon as I get it cleaned up. It runs really strong and the air is ice cold even in 100 degree Texas. Fun as heck to drive. A real sleeper.
Here's the known issues:
1) Windshield wipers don't work. Not the fuse
2) Comand (Radio) will boot to the logo and shut down
3) Rear ashtrays need to be replaced
4) Drivers seat has a tear in it
5) Rear hatch doesn't stay up by itself anymore
A little bit of effort will restore a truly rare car.
I have absolutely no idea what to price it for. I'll start at $19,000, since it is a rare wagon. There is one for sale on Autotrader. Dude wants $44K for it.

My sincere apologies for not responding quickly to everyone. Life intruded in pandemic times. Scratch on the left front fender Scratch in center of rear bumper Spoiler paint has issues Very small rust spot below rear wiper. Only rust I know Driver's seat is rough. We put black duct tape on it and it is fine. Missing both rear ash trays. Kids! Some tears where cars seats attached in rear seat Third seat is great. The lack of the seat is why we don't have a newer E63.
