The wife said it has to GO. Full disclosure, it has only been driving maybe twice in the last 6 months, so I would get it serviced before any extended trips. Also someone bumped the rear bumper when it was sitting on the street for a few weeks. The last picture shows the bumper.

Clean title, no accidents, extensive service history
The condition overall is very good especially considering the mileage which is at 165k. No dents or dings, no accidents, no paintwork. Interior is in good shape with no tears in the seats or stains.
This one is fully loaded I’m pretty sure. Keyless go, Parktronic, Distronic cruise, rear entertainment, sunroof, heated and cooled seats. The only feature I believe it is missing is HID headlights.
I have the full VMI (vehicle maintenance inquiry) from Mercedes before I purchased it. All services were performed at Mercedes up until I purchased it. Part of the reason I bought it.
Maintenance we have done in our ownership include all the common things that go wrong with m156 motors.
Headbolts at 138k
Remanufactured Transmission at 148k
Both rear air suspension bags with Airnots both sides in the last 20k
Camshaft adjuster plates, replaced all 4 at 163k
New Toyo tires 151k
Have receipts

New, old Mercedes and REAL AMG's.
Holy crap that is a TON of car for the money!
Honestly, the W164 ML63 is an AMAZING Vehicle. I've owned a dozen of AMGs including C63, SLS GT, three G63, three CLK63 Black Series and others, yet my 2010 ML63 is the only one I've kept for 8 years-70K miles and counting.
We've gone rock crawling side by side with G63s, hot laps around Talladega Speedway, humbled a couple sportscars along I-10 west of Florida, pulled car trailers up and down the Eastern USA, a dragstrip night, several car shows and even brought my baby daughter home when she was born. All it's needed was plenty of tires, gas and a couple sets of brakes. Have not even done the headbolt update yet!
By the way, mind sharing how much did the headbolt update cost?
