Just a note for you and others in the same boat: if you sell it to a well intentioned buyer and it happens to get exported through no fault of your own, the dealership will still consider you the exporter. I am not sure if the agreement is enforceable or not, but there is a risk the dealer will go after you for whatever amount they put in the agreement and you'll never be able to but another new MB. Not legal advice, but just what I've picked up along the way. Good luck with the sale!
