United States W213 E63s Mercedes Instrument Cluster OEM part# A2135403060.
(Will work as part number A2135401568 as-well I believe.)
May fits other years and models, please do your research.
Came off of a 2018 Mercedes E63s Sedan with 39.9k miles. Worked perfectly fine before removal. Has slight clouding around drivers side display edge (can only be seen in direct sunlight, not when the display is on or out of sunlight). Other than that no other defects or scratches.
Last pictures shows the exact display on with the miles when removed.
