Recently I updated the Navi software on my ‘11 E550 coupe from my 2011/2012 (V4.0) N. America to 2019 (NTG4-212) - the latest & last version. On my 1st attempt, the update stalled half way thru disc 1.

The vendor sent me a replacement. The replacement disc 1 arrived without the label but loaded up without issue. At 70%, the system instructed me to replace Disc 1 with Disc 2 - it too loaded up with no issue. 

the instruction sheet provided is detailed. The update took over two hours and required that the engine was kept running for the entire load (initially,  and unsuccessfully, I tried to load it with a charger connect to the main battery and engine not running)

Now that  it’s done, time to pass it on to someone else. I will include both Disc 1, Disc 2, the instruction ship and jewel case.  $30 shipped CONUS. Thanks
