why? I thought the O2 sensors were only hooked up to the primary cats?

Since he mentioned "Cali" if you dont know. Cali has the most strict emission so thats why he needs it.

Mostly concerned about the visual inspection. My car has no CELs and runs like a top. I just don't want them to see that there are 4 on paper.
