Yes, it's still available, and the tune is locked to the ECU.
There are folks and services online that can clone it for you for a cost.
I include the spare $1200 ECU for free based on my pricing.
You should be able to send in your ECU and clone it to this one.
Then send that one in to get tuned.
That way, you have your spare ECU you can swap back in if you need/want to swap it bay in.
