I used it on my W221 and it made the throttle response much more enjoyable and the car felt less like a boat, even when in S mode.  It was carefully installed and cared for.  It comes in the original box, packaging, and with documentation with decal.  Photos of actual item is forthcoming.  I am selling because I sold the car.
