I've been digging through EPC and online parts catalogs comparing part numbers / VINs but unfortunately couldn't find any confirmation via those channels.
However, I did find a BaT listing for a GT-S that:
-Has a fixed wing.
-Has this exact same cover.
-Has a photo of it installed.
