Description:
This 2007 Mercedes-Benz R63 AMG is one of 108 examples sold in the United States, and its 6.2-liter V8 delivers power to all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission with a manual shifting mode. The bodywork has been refinished in matte silver over a tan leather interior, and equipment includes 20″ AMG wheels, a panoramic sliding sunroof, heated seats, Parktronic park assist, Distronic cruise control, navigation, and more.
No expense spared in the restoration and nothing has been overlooked. The leather is clean, crack-free, and supple. There are no warning lights or error codes. All electrical and mechanical components work as they did when new with only two exceptions. Keyless-Go is works only for the ignition and passenger side front door. The power rear hatch works but sometimes sticks on the downswing and needs a little assist.
The car will come with two keys, all factory literature, all original accessories. Its available for test drives in Portland, Oregon. Under my ownership that car has only been serviced by Mercedes of Portland and well known Mercedes shop Burback Motors. Full VMI report and service history available upon request.
This has been an awesome car for my family though it's mostly reserved for road trips to Seattle and Bend. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this cross country to it's next home. I've only listed it for sale to make room for a 2018 E63 AMG Wagon arriving soon.
Major Repairs and Service:
Replaced all head bolts, camshafts, camshaft adjusters, and valve tappets.
New Continental Extreme tires and wheel alignment
Rewired rear tail lights with updated Mercedes harness and replaced tail lights
Replaced rear airbags and airbag pump

Thanks Bahnstormer, my two kids and many of the friends love it. I think I’ll love my E63 wagon more but the back seats don’t get any better than the spacious R63. I might just keep it for our road trip car….

Bump to the top update. I enjoyed one last summer and a 1,500 mile road trip in this but it’s time to get serious about selling this. I’ll be prepping for auction so let me know if you want to make an offer before it goes to BaT.
