New wheels. Never mounted. Never had tires on them. They were an extra set for the car in the pictures.
No center caps, use your OEM caps or Amazon knockoffs. 
This is an extra set I never got to needing. They are Sport Edition wheels. They 100% look like they came with this bodystyle car. 
I don't know what other Mercedes cars this fits so I cant help you there.
