@fallen thanks for the help -- I prefer black-leather too, myself. But I have to say, against the Obsidian metallic paint, this combination looks absolutely incredible. Also the price is OBO in case you want to source black leather on

@TripleDown all good! Appreciate you trying to help. The car was on BaT but didn't get the nearly the attention I was hoping it might. It really is an incredible machine.

had 2006 clk 500 cab, but someone pulled out in front of me and car was totaled. In my experience these are tanks, nothing but a broken nose

@p30amg08 certainly! See below. Car is currently on stock AMG 5-spkoes with brand new Continental rubber -- roof rack and tow hook plate mount are removed. The 19" VMR801's, roof rack, and plate mount are all still available -- simply removed due to popular demand.
