I'm sure it fits other vehicles like the E63 and the regular E-Class, but you'll have to confirm with the Modern Spare. I used it once and drove 10 miles. I confirmed that it has all parts necessary to use in the case of a flat. Includes carrying case I think I spent $550 for it. I will sell for $300 obo local meetup in the Northern NJ area. Selling my 2022 E53 next week and no longer need it. Thanks.
