I purchased this brand new a few years ago and only used it for a short while in my W212 E400 before selling the car last year.  There isn't a blemish on it and the leather shows no signs of wear or oil residue, etc.

The steering wheel is equipped with the lane assist vibration motor but can also be used on vehicles without this feature. 

These steering wheels are discontinued and hard to come by, especially here in the states.  Importing these parts from overseas now imposes a 10-20% tariff.
