Early spring cleaning here. As I was digging through our sets of tires/wheels I found our set of 20" Pirelli P Zero MOE take-offs.
Some people love run flats, some don't. I am no fan of them even though they have come a long way since the earlier Goodyears we had on our BMW. We had the car for just a couple hundred miles and we planned to swap the tires when I hit a pothole which blew out the front passenger tire. That was the perfect time to just swap the whole set.
So we acquired another Pirelli tire as well (1000 miles or so on that one) for the time when we turn the car back in but the dealer didn't care and just took the car in with our conventional tires.
We we now have a set with 3 virtually new (200 miles) tires and 1 excellent (1000 miles or so) tire. If anyone is in the market, the first $750 takes it. Shipping would be $30 a tire. Dealer sells these for $1500 plus tax and tirerack has them for $1250 plus shipping.
