These were my summer tires/rims and the original Mercedes AMG wheels. They came off of a 2013 E63. They are in good but used shape, with a couple minor nicks/scuffs as shown in the pics. There is not much useful life left on the tires, so the value is mainly in the rims themselves.
I prefer local pick up, but am willing to ship provided buyer pays all shipping fees. I'm unsure of the cost to ship so can coordinate after you purchase if desired and will ship upon payment of item and shipping. Picture of the wheels on the car as a reference point.

yes still available but have other interest through here and through Facebook marketplace. Let me know. Pick up is the best because shipping will be high $$. I may be willing to meet somewhere for a small cost. Maybe Cleveland?
