Hello,
I'm selling a very nice condition 1999 ML320 that's all complete and its had no accidents. The car has been sitting for 2 years, its located in So Calif and here's the story behind it.
My worthless, lazy, entitled and arrogant c@#t sister in law was getting divorced from her tax evading multiple felon husband who was heading to prison for 3 years. It fell on my wife and I to support this worthless beeeatch and her 2 kids. Her Range Rover was repo'd, so in 2000 or 2001 my sister in law needed a car and my wife was conned into buying this ML320 for $25,000 with low miles, believing she would be paid back.
Over the years I paid for the maintenance through various MB shops in the SD area to make sure the car was well maintained. In late 2008 my wife tells me that this ML320 cant pass smog because of a check engine light due to the O2 sensors failing but my sister in law didnt tell me before the registration was due and large penalties were incurred.
My wife ended up giving my sister in law a beautiful 1996 Lexus GS300 after my wife bought a POS BMW 750i. I wanted to fix the smog problem but by that time i didnt have the time or energy to deal with it, so I'm giving it away for $1000.
I started this car every month and drove it around the neighborhood, I was out of town for a year on a job and it's now been sitting for 2 years unstarted. This has had no accidents, the engine ran fine, no issues with the trans, all the electrical worked great and I bought a new window control center panel because they're known to go bad.
Seeing what ML320 parts sell for on Ebay and elsewhere, if you have the time and space to part it out, it's easily worth $3,000 - 4,000. All of the body panels are excellent, all of the electronics work great, other than the 02 sensors it had no problems, it has grey leather seats that work, the computer is perfect, the motor is strong, it has like new Michelin LTX tires with some sun sidewall cracking, sunroof and it's a great car.
I just found out that my wife filed a non-OP with DMV so there are no back fees or penalties. That saves you lots of money if you can have the car repaired cheaply. . I have the pink slip in my hand and it can be towed or put on a dolly for shipping.
I'm also up for trading guns (legally), silver and gold, ammo, watches or NASA / aviation / military / historic items.

Unfortunately in Calif, the DMV fees are insane and unless you have a way to get them removed, it's only a parts car here. I have the pink slip in my hand and it can be towed or put on a dolly for shipping.
