Description:
Hey all.. I recently bought an old W210 and love it.. but I think I want to add an AMG car.
I'm looking to buy a clean 05-06 E55 AMG will look at 03-04 cars. I am looking for something that's as close to stock as possible. Close to VA would be great, but isn't a deal breaker, but becomes a challenge on PPI logistics.
I prefer white or silver but will look at black cars.. Well any color with the right combo. lol
Ventilated seats a must
Sub 100K miles or there abouts
No pano roof a plus, but if it has it, must be 100% tip top
Keyless go a plus, Again.. must be 100% good to go
Parktronic a plus as well
Distronic a plus
From there I'm open.
Thanks,
Randy

Update: Yes the car does have the ventilated seats. He just replaced 2 rear shocks and all four brand new tires.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I know of an another local guy who has a 2003 E55 with 99,000 miles with Keyless go, ventilated seats but has no records and was hit twice once in the front and once on the driver side. Looks good and wants 13,800 firm. Needs tires though

As far as my budget.. I don't have one However, I will not over pay. It's purely a value for money thing. At this point I'm staring to look at lower mileage 2012-13 E63s, because for some weird reason just about all the E55 owners with something I'd be interested have some weird sense of inflated value. I don't HAVE to have or NEED to buy a thing.. it's just something I was thinking would be interesting to buy.
When one is specific about a particular car with specific options, you would have to pay the going rate, period. There's a reason why E55's and E63's are going for the same price, wonder why? If you can afford a newer car then by all means go for it.
If you want to make an offer for a very nice, mint and low mileage E55, PM your offer and if acceptable, I will connect you two.
Btw, Autotrader has few E55's with 90,000+ miles for 15-18, may be you should check them out.
I am just trying to help a guy who came here looking for a specific car and luckily I happen to ave a friend who has what you want and knows how to take care of these machines, that's it

Make an offer on something I haven't seen?? lol I'll pass.. I'm well aware of what's on all sites.. I"m pretty much on auto tempest daily. I see what's asked, and I have missed a couple due to going on vacation.. but meh it's all good. I missed a 72k mile car for 15.8K that was a winner. but a vacation is better. lol
Just remember, you either pay upfront or pay later and there's no way around it. Good Luck in your search.
That's just a price and how do you know how many owners it had, any accidents, service records or any other issues. You really won't know about the car until you dig deeper or have a PPI and only then you would see the true value of the car.

That's the market speaking right there... So.. I'll pay fair market. I couldn't care less whether you pass me his number or not.. If it gets posted.. I'll see it, because I am looking. I don't post this to try and be some manner of a jerk, but I'm not here to play games either. If the right E55 OR E63 comes along I will buy.
.
Anyway, any person who's familiar with these cars would know not to touch such a car even with a 30 ft pole... but hey, at least you could have bought it for $15,000 and that's what matters the most.
I'd say, be patient and you might find one in that price range.
Good Luck
