Used 21" Michelin Pilot 4s tires for sale. 1560miles on them with plenty of tread left, no burnouts or launches done.
265/40r front pair
295/35r rear pair.
$500 to ship, $400 for local pickup in Jersey City, NJ

To answer your question, there's about 7/32' tread left, if not 1/4" and the tire code date is 2818, so week July 2018.
I just got the car little over a month ago, was last on the lot so not many miles on the tires.
Please let me know if you're still interested. Where are you located?
