I'm just chiming in because this price isn't one where you should raise an eyebrow and assume something is wrong. It's just more reasonably priced than what you are comparing it to.
OP -- list the options. You say fully loaded. B&O sound? CCB's?
Edit - Not trying to poop on those 2012's. Came off harsh, they are very clean and enthusiast owned, but still priced too high.
