I am sure it is, but IMHO the OP should be honest and upfront with the listing. State that it is a C63 AMG sedan modified with OEM Black Series/Edition 507 parts (aka OEM+).
This is an enthusiast forum so lots of folks viewing will be in the know regarding details like these - one would expect to be "called out" like this if you're not upfront from the get-go (whether accidental or intentional).
