The E450 has a 20” wheel option, which comes with 245 width tires in the front and 275 width tires in the rear…..so similar to these. But not sure about the bolt patterns and fitment of these wheels for the E450.

The following are the 2022 E450 All Terrain wagon’s 20” specs:
245/40 R 20 tires on 8.5 J x 20 ET 40 wheels (front) and 275/35 R 20 tires on 9.5 J x 20 ET 50 wheels (rear)
On paper, they look similar, except for the Offset of 40 for the front and 50 for the rears in the factory 20” option. I guess the offset of 38 would push the wheels further outward, versus the offset of 50 that would tuck it in a bit.
In the past, I purchased Enkei wheels for an Acura RDX from Tirerack, but even though there was an identical Enkei option for the Honda Passport (same brand, size and specification), the wheels would not bolt onto the Passport. Seems like Enkei made 2 different versions of the same wheel for both vehicles. There was a tiny bit of difference in the bolt pattern, that prevented the Acura wheels from bolting onto the Passport (and vice versa)…….and it was that prior dilemma with those other vehicles, that led to my question.
