Description:

Listing up my modified 2014 e63s, since I recently purchased a AMG GTS.  The spec is Tenorite gray metallic with black interior and black ash trim.   Highly optioned including Distronic plus, keyless go, active park assist, active blind spot, active lane keep, brake assist, memory package, dynamic seats, etc.

Some of you may recognize this car, former car of BCP the forum member also know as storm_e_amg.  The car is extremely fast and consistent, I have enjoyed it.

Paint looks really good, better in person.  Front end bumper, lip, headlights have PPF on them.  The interior is in great shape with no rips or tears.

Will consider partial trades for e55 or c63 plus cash.  But would prefer to sell outright.  Clean title in hand.

Question about your 2014 e63S for sale

Do you have to run e85 in it? does the tune you have require that to function properly? what happens if I run std high octane (91)?
I live in california so there are more restrictions here for smogging etc: for the tune, do you have a way to flash it back to stock and then re-flash it to get the tune back (i.e. through the obd port)? do you have the original 19s (nice wheels btw)?
thanks,

Josh

The car is tuned on e70 currently but there is tune map for 93 octane as well, switchable via mygenus tuner (through odb) You can run the e70 tune down to about e50 without issues. Yes there is stockish (still e70 tune) tune, catted tune for the car as well on there. The TCU isn’t able to switched back and forth, but won’t affecting anything from a regulation stand point.

Not a trustworthy seller. He sold me a set of wheels last year that were said to have no issues. When I received the wheels three had unrepaired cracks one of which was on a previously repaired crack(unrepairable). I notified the seller about it and tried to work it out with him instead of immediately filing a claim on Paypal. He agreed to take the wheels back and send me another set from another car that didn't have any cracks and or previously repaired cracks. I shipped the wheels back to him and never received anything in return. He strung me along for months, and eventually ghosted me. I paid $2,500 initially and another $300 shipping them back and was left with a decent set of front tires and worn out rear tires($500 value at best). Eventually filed a Paypal claim but was denied because the claim needed to be filed within 30 days, thought I had 6 months. First and only time I've ever been screwed on a forum purchase.

Thanks for responding to this thread. I have been trying to dig up your contact information after I had to get a new phone a few months back.

This was an unfortunate situation, where I sold some wheels that I was told was were perfect condition and I didn’t fully inspect them before shipping the out to the buyer. The buyer provided me pictures of the wheels, some hairline cracks on the inner barrels. I agreed to take the wheels (less the tires) back in exchange for another set of cls63 wheels that I had from a 12 cls63 I had recently purchased. However, the cls63 ended up selling before I can get the wheels to switch. So I offered to send the wheels back to the seller (I had all of the barrels repaired by a wheel shop) plus a 500 dollar refund or just refund minus tires cost.

As the buyer noted we were trying to work out a solutions and in the middle of that I lost your contact information. I tried to contact you via PayPal but not sure if it didn’t go through because of the dispute you put in.

Please reach back to me and let’s get this straightened out.

Jimmy

Last we corresponded I thought you were going to refund. I've already purchased another set of wheels from a different forum member so please refund the money to my Paypal. I'm in it for $2,800, I've been trying to sell the tires and based on responses doubt I'll even get $500 out of them but am willing to assign that value to them. As soon as I receive the money in my Paypal account I will update the thread.

interesting to also see that there was a plan by op to put the bad wheels on the CLS before selling it…. it’s unfortunate to be a third-party watcher here but buyer beware. Interestingly, I sold a car (a very nice low mileage s55 with honest records).to a person that was in great condition back in November and I saw it for sale in February with a completely falsified list of maintenance records and a much higher price and the person sold it pretty quickly. I’ve been stalking the forum to see if it pops up so I can tell them the truth about the seller. Everyone should always Ppi and verify.
