Description:
Hi Everyone,
I am currently in the market for a C63 507 Sedan.
Budget is $40-45k / 50-60k Miles
Car must be Black. Preferably in California and must be stock. Clean Title.
If you have a much lower mileage example then I am willing to go over budget for the right car.
Thank you all!

I found it here from a new forum member a couple weeks ago:

I'm only showing you this because I need someone else to buy it before I accidentally talk myself into it.
Autotrader indicates it may be in Vista CA as well... So like a couple hours away from you... So like as soon as you see this start driving lol. Again if this all checks out as legit and there is no funny business with the car (title issues, accidents) then I'd argue it's the cleanest 507 sedan on the market today simply in general. I'm not just shilling for the guy, I'm pissed I wandered in here again and found this car.

Definitely a clean car. Seller is transparent with the things wrong with it.

I'd prefer a black example and stock.

still in the market for one.
Option A: Mail my title to his credit union while only receiving 25% of purchase price. (Which I thought was sketchy).
Option B: Drive a total of six-seven hours out of my way to conduct the transaction at his credit union.
I opted to go with option B.
So I asked buyer for gas/time compensation to make the roundtrip. He agreed and offered an amount that would just about cover the gas. He did not consider mine and someone else's time to drive me back as it would end up taking most of the day. I asked for more compensation and out of nowhere he tells me he's pulling out of the deal. His explanation was I asked for "too much" compensation and that he never asked me to compensate him and his friend for making the trip just to view car and that left a "bad taste."
I'm not obligated to compensate every potential buyer's gas and time just to check out my car. Buyers and sellers have different responsibilities when it comes to a car deal. If a buyer wants a seller to deliver the car to them, the seller should be compensated accordingly. He calls that "extra greedy" but it is completely reasonable in this situation.
I tried to make amends by offering free delivery and even a further discount on the car but the buyer was still not interested. Makes me question his true intentions here, otherwise he would have taken the better deal. There was no reason to bash my car or our deal publicly. But now I'm sure it'll leave a "bad taste" to other 507 owners looking to sell...

I gave you a generous offer considering the condition of the car. Just about $10k more than what it was listed for at the Acura dealer you bought it from in TX last year...but hey I am a bad buyer right ?
Anyways, best of luck selling the car or you might be keeping it since its off Autotrader ?
Either way, you're past due for an oil change at Jiffy Lube according to the CarFax since you serviced it there last time...
Have a better day.

I’m not hiding anything, I was transparent with you about multiple items. You even said that in a previous post. I never knew about the crash bar repair or the front bumper repaint until you pointed that out.
The dealer I bought it from didn’t know what they had and yes, I got a great deal on it. That has nothing to do with the current market value of it.
I was hoping to get it sold soon because registration is coming due and luckily I found a buyer for it, that’s why it’s off Autotrader. I have no ill will towards you, I just felt like defending myself.
