Phone Problem

This applies to the Maybach as well as the G500........read on.

We bought a 2005 G500 and paid for a GSM -T-Mobile compatible phone on August 31, 2004. The word then was that it would be available at the end of September. You know the rest of the story. They still have my money. I have no phone. Here is the most recent message from my salesman:

" I’m so confused about phones right now I won’t claim anything to be correct. This information just reached my desk within the last 15 minutes. Neither the V600 nor the V710 can be used with 2005 G-Class, M-Class, Maybach, and SLR. Yes, I’m expecting a class action suit. Probably aimed at me personally. The Verizon V60s, CDMA, can be used with the 2005 G-Class according to the parts manager. They are available voice activated.

This seems like a replay of the 2004 E Class Command problem. Are there enough people out there would join me in contacting Mercedes Benz to make good on their product line. Did anyone have any luck in getting Mercedes to buy back their vehicles?
