I'm curious as to how easy it is to tune the vehicle these days from home. Given a laptop and some WiFi, how easy....or not....would it be for one of the tuning firms out there to VPN or remote into the laptop and tune the car. This is with the assumption that the laptop is attached via the appropriate cable to the car's ECU.

I'm just curious to see if any vendors do this or if any folks who own the SL have had vendors tune their cars remotely. Any drawbacks to doing this?
