I have a pair of diffs out of my 2002 ML500 for sale. Swapped them out years ago for different gearing (has worked well) and found them cleaning out the garage. They are 3.70 and would a nice upgrade for the older and less powerful ML's (320, 430) with 3.46's. Not sure if the truck will need to be coded (I don't think so because both 3.46 and 3.70 were standard), but I had have mine recoded because the replacements were not standard. Renntech had no trouble doing the coding.

Open to offers, heavy to ship so prefer local to 33401.
