Ml 250 CDI W166 doesnt select any of the transmission modes when unlocked
My Ml 250 CDI W166 doesnt select the P (transmission) after unlocked and same when inserting the key and switching to position 1. After switching the key to position 2 a red message “ without changing gear consult workshop” appears on the dashboard for 2 seconds, P is then selected and the car drives fine. No problem with the gears or selecting R, D. I just changed the main battery and the auxilary battery is 2 years old and shoiwng 13 volt when measured. The video below shows all steps for the issue:

At the servis told me that maybe issue is at the ISM but with a faulty ISM it shouldnt get out of Park. Please help getting to this issue. Yet another thing when the key is at position one, at the Comand appears the anti theft protection is activated. Consult workshop.
After the first start of the car, the issue does not occurr anymore, I have to leave the car in standby for some minutes in order for the issue to occurr again.
