2013 ML550 SUV Auxillary battery location
Hello all,
I have a 2013 model ML550 SUV and I'm hoping to get help finding the Auxiliary battery. I've searched many sites and watched YouTube videos that say the auxiliary battery is located behind the main battery under the passenger seat but it is NOT there. I've even taken the main battery out to see if it is under it without any luck. Did they move the location of the auxiliary battery in the 2013 model and if so does anyone know where it is? I've tried looking everywhere I can think of.

auxiliary battery location update
My husband finally found the auxiliary battery. In the ML 550 2013 model it is located in the back side panel on the passenger side of the SUV NOT under the passenger seat with the main battery like other models.

I would like to replace this battery. 2013 ML550 original owner, 185K miles replaced main battery twice and now the alternator. How did you know the battery needed to be replaced? What kind of battery is it? Thank you!
