Hello, I'm not new to cars just Mercedes. I have 2009 E350 with the Command Navigation radio. The original was working fine but the LCD screen was washed out and no color. So swapped a perfectly working unit with it out of identical vehicle. Everything works perfectly except the radio is stuck on 1 station and underneath it say no service. I googled and checked the fuse, witch was good. Went into engineering mode and found the status of the radio antenna amp was blank. Amp underneath status was on. Help me understand why this would be happening......please and thank you!

If you're planning to share your recent dining experience at Wendy’s, I’d recommend checking out their official survey system—it’s quite easy and doesn’t take much time. I recently gave feedback about a meal and received a cool reward in return. You can also participate through the Wendys Customer Survey and let them know about your visit. They really do take customer suggestions seriously. It’s a great way to support improvements while earning something back.

Nice work on the swap! If the radio’s stuck on one station with “No Service” and a blank antenna amp status, it’s likely a coding or MOST loop issue. Even identical COMAND units need proper VIN coding via Star Diagnosis. Similar to how the Redz Hub script ensures everything in a modded system talks to each other correctly, your COMAND needs the right config to fully sync with your car’s modules. Double-check antenna connections and fiber optics too.
