sorry for the late reply as well, I just saw this. The RS lip is not listed as a carbon fiber part, the base spoiler for the 550 is a Pu-Rim part, extremely good quality, the fit and finish is flawless on the spoiler, and the RS Lip is GFK, which is fiber glass with a Kevlar reinforcement layer.
Both parts require painting. I suppose if you wanted the RS lip in Carbon, you could easily paint the part to whatever accent color you want, and then you could have it wrapped in with a carbon vinyl.

Is the RS lip completely carbon? Does it need to be clear coated or painted?
