Will the C63S be limited?
Anyone have any insight as to how limited the C63S will be. It seems the roll-out so far has been pretty slow in the Southeast as you can't find what you want in dealer inventory. I feel, as a brand new model, this is likely intentional. Being new to the brand, I was wondering if they usually limit the production of AMGs to "order only" or do they eventually have a few at each dealerships to choose from?
I would suspect the lease deals will get much better as Christmas season approaches. Can anyone confirm?

Will the C63S be limited?
If the W205 follows the W204 experience, then you will be able to order a C63S or C63 any way you like without restrictions at any time other than model year change overs. In other words, AMG will build as many as there are orders.
However, in my experience, dealers keep very few if any in stock. Thus, finding one on a local lot equipped the way you want may be quite difficult.
When shopping for my wife's 2012 C63 in 2012, I checked the inventory of every dealer in California and found exactly one car even close to my desired specifications. Fortunately that dealer was willing to work with me and we have been very happy with the car.

LOL it is not a limited edition, MB/AMG will make as many as people will want to buy 
Limited edition/s will come down the track.
There's already a special edition ED1.
With AMG's 50th arriving in 2019, I wouldn't be at all surprised if we see a raft of special/limited editions to commemorate that milestone
