DTM at Nürburgring - Alzen does the double for MB/AMG
The DTM round at Nürburgring was last weekend. Uwe Alzen won both the qualifier and the main event race in his black, Warsteiner-sponsered CLK.
The main event appeared to be a pretty spectacular race with the top three coming over the line less than 0.62 seconds apart.

2 Laurent Aiello (F) Team Abt Sportsline + 00.206 9
3 Bernd Schneider (D) Vodafone AMG Mercedes + 00.513 9
Feature race:
1 Uwe Alzen (D) Warsteiner AMG Mercedes 41:13.779 28
2 Laurent Aiello (F) Team Abt Sportsline + 00.348 28
3 Bernd Schneider (D) Vodafone AMG Mercedes + 00.617 28
4 Marcel Fässler (CH) Warsteiner AMG Mercedes + 01.479 28

With only three rounds left it appears that Aiello's current haul of 62 points puts him in good position to win the championship - MB's Bernd Schneider currently has 38 points with 39 possible points left.
