I am in no way an Alonso fan, but I was "impressed" by how he passe several cars after his stop-go penalty. On the other hand, his drive today was very "amateurish", along with most of the field.

when Taco passed him, you could see Alonso had no choice but to brake way early, thus allowing Taco to take the pass.

I know I have said it before, but I hate that you guys call our Two Time World Champ "The Donkey."

interesting race. Congrats to Hamilton on a well deserved win.

I dnt understand why massa and Fisi got black flagged while alonso got the stop -go penalty.

Also shouldnt alonso be penalized for going over the grass and potentially ruining the race for every one else during the start. (i beleive it is not the 1st time this season)

so who is going to replace kubica ?

[QUOTE=emrliquidlife;2261503]I wonder if Alonso was having issues with Brake Boiling, or fade, he overcooked so many turns. Really made me wonder if he was on crack or something. I'm just not used to this.

I agree -- Alonso must have had problems. He made more mistakes in that one race than in his prior 2 years. I think he may have broken something on his first "detour" at the start. Montreal is very tough on brakes, so what might be a minor braking or aero problem anywhere else would be trouble at Montreal. Given all of his mistakes (or problems) and the stop and go penalty, he did very very well to even get a point.

Soooooo....where's the field points-wise? I guess the Tifosi will be crying for at least another week or so.

Kimi hasn't held up his end of the deal yet. Ferrari FTL!

What a crazy race. So much **** happened, lol. I'm glad Kubica is ok, that was a pretty scary accident. Alonso & Kimi have their heads up their asses, i really don't know what's their problem.

A big congrats to Lewis Hamilton, once again he had a flawless race. It's looking more & more like he's the real Iceman.

I thought we were being nice calling him "donkey." Afterall, "Donkey" is a kind synonym for the "***" that he is...

+1, Kudos for Hamilton. He ran an impeccable race, while everyone else seemed to slip and slide everywhere.

I believe Massa and Fisichella were black flagged for blatantly ignoring the RED light at pit exit. A supreme No-no. Alonso's penalty was for a different infraction.

A quarter of the field would be penalized at every race if they did that.

It appears Kubica could drive, himself at Indy. Just a sprained ankle, no broken leg afterall... Amazingly lucky fellow...
