McLaren apologise for Ferrari data
LONDON (Reuters) - McLaren accepted on Thursday that Ferrari data had penetrated deeper into their team than suspected and issued a public apology for the spying controversy.
In a statement, the Formula One team also offered to impose a moratorium on the development of three separate systems on their new car "to avoid even the possibility of Ferrari information influencing our performance during 2008"...
Now everything mclaren will do will be inspected by the FIA 3 times, and their sponsors will think twice before extending their contracts. I dont think multinationals will want to be assosiated with a team who is involved in industrial espionage.
I think R Dennis has very little credibility left.
