Don't have a Mercedes right now...
Show time of British GP on FOX?

Anyone knows what time Fox is going to show the race? I checked on their website and it says 8AM but it still didn't start. Is it going to be at 1PM like last race? Those guys are so unorganized is unbelievable. The Fox website doesn't even show the complete schedule!

Yeah, LH was pretty impressive. Great job indeed! I was expecting Kovalainen to do a lot better; he was consistently doing well during the whole season even though it wasn't showing in the results because of his misfortunes. On this race though, Luis was clearly the better driver.

I believe that the deal with Ferrari is that they thought that it was going to stop raining which would make the used tires perform better i.e. closer to slick, it worked out in the past but unfortunate for them it continued raining and they ended up at a disadvantage. I also think that their setup was more towards the dry. I was surprised by how terrible Massa was in the rain! He must have spun 5-6 times at least, what the hell!!

Honda obviously did the best choice of tires, great job for Rubens, nobody mentioned him, driving the crapy Honda and coming 3rd is a big deal especially noting that they misjudged his race fuel and had to bring him in for a splash a few laps before the end.

That is true.. But Kimi was closing the gap on hamster~.. It would've been a wise call to stay with inter-tyres instead of putting things in "God's hand"..................

OH well.. Once again, map props for LH, I hope SF will do alot better than that in Germany... Massa was just............................................we ll...... I hope he dose a lot better if he wants to keep his daytime job.

Turn on the DVR on Sunday nite to find the qualifying/practice have been recorded, but no Race

So the GPs are all on Fox now? Or only a few of them?

Mine was the opposite. I got the race, no qualy.

I think FOX has a deal for a select few races a year.

Leave it on Speed.

Best race of the year, but why did we need to see so much of Lewis out front. How about getting some shots RubenHo barrelling from the back?

Last race I was amazed by Massa, this one, not so much.

At first I thought it was Ross Brawn that ordered full wets to be put on Rubens car. I read this morning that Rubens demanded the wets be put on, and not Ross. Kudos to Rubens for his keen decision. From 16th to the podium. Quite a drive. For the last two races, I've been pretty bummed by LH results, but yesterday was amazing. Now if he could minimize his mistakes we'll see more consistent results from him instead of this peak and trough.

That is because Fox has no control of the race feed they jut license it from the local station that does, which in this case is british, so of course your just gonna get LH.

1985, speed usually replays the races on wesnday i believe, check to make sure.

Fox is showing four races this summer all at 10 PT/ 1 EST. Then back to speed showing them. Fox owns speed network so its not like its a real deal or something. I personally hate the fox coverage as there is no pre-race coverage. They are showing F1 though because its finally getting a large gathering in the states and people are becoming bored with nascar, thank god.

Also for anyone who watches make sure you tivo the GP2 race series as well on speed, it usually comes on before the F1 races and is really good close action. Bruno Senna, ayrton's newphew is racing in it and i believe hes leading the points.

Thanks buddy, I did check and saw Speed had a replay on Wednesday, but I just didn't want to wait that long so I looked up the results.

Normally I can go thru half a day or a day without spoilers and watch the DVR'd version on Sun/Monday nite.

Kinda glad I didn't see it if the coverage was all LH Plus, the Wimbledon final was just epic

The coverage was of LH because he was the only one not doing 360s. Was there a final count on how many times massa spun?
