To be honest, this doesn't really bother me that much. KR had been beaten on the track with regard to his position at the race at the time the race had stopped. Fisi has always been a good racer and just missed out on the top step - so I don't begrude him anything. Besides with the new rules it's only two championship points between first and second - so it's not quite a big a hit as it would have been in the past (although, this now means at the end of the year KR will lose the WC by one point).

as much as I think Kimi is the best right now...Fisichella drove a great race and beat Kimi on the track...and deserved the win
I understand the logic of the rule but the pass was done well before the accident
On another note it sure looks like MB/Ilmore has solved the power problem!
