Speed World Challenge Touring Car Series
I was just looking over the cars that are going to be competing in the Speed(vision) Touring Car Series. Turns out a team called Right Coast Racing (out of Florida) will be running two C240s sponsored by the Bill Ussery MB dealership, RennTech and FMG.
This is an entertaining form of racing that runs in support of the ALMS, the cars are all imports the most competitive being Acura Integras and BMW 3-series. The first race of this series was in Sebring prior to the ALMS 12-hour race (the team only had the #23 car ready), it will be televised on Saturday night March 30 at 10 pm Pacific time. I won't post results so as not to spoil the race for those interested in catching it on the tube.
If your dying to know the results click on this link:

Here's a photo of the #23 car.

Thanks for the info trench!
Interesting to see they are using a U.S. front bumper.![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
SpeedChannel did show a touring car series at Daytona about a week or two after 24 Hours of Daytona but not sure which one it was. There was an MB 190 running in it and did well considering it's age and it was probably the only 4-door out there.
