A race is planned for Turkey next year as part of the 'globalization' of F1. Here's a (not very good) picture of the plan for the new circuit in Istanbul. Don't be misled by the perimeter road that runs around the outside of the track. I can see only a couple of good passing spots.

 

Looks like a high downforce setup track.
