technique to save when ya end up sideways...

Old road racer from before there was traction control and abs brakes .....

In the old days when the rear end hung out ya kept in it and drove it out.... Unless it was too far gone then ya waited till the car was traveling in a direction of nothing to hit, then hit the brakes hard, locked it all up and slid to a stop or close enough to gather it all backup....

In today's cars with all the nannies that you can't shut off....

What do you if ya go past the point of no return ? You can't lock the brakes to ride it out right ?

I'm thinking of doing some track days... and for me this is a serious question...
