Changing spark plugs

I would like to know if you require any special tools or procedures to change the 12 spark plugs on my 1998 E240.

I cannot see how the dealers can charge £250 to change them.

Any ideas appreciated!

I don't know how many American dollars that converts to, but regardless, changing the plugs on a V6 can be tricky. I haven't done them yet on an E-class, just a few MLs. It's a good thing they only have to be changed every 100,000 miles.

Thanks for your reply.

The cost is equivalent to $350.

Considering the spark plugs only costs $2 each.
