Air conditioning in a 1990 300E does not blow cold. Is this a straight forward fix ie. recharging or can it be more serious. Thanks.

 

No real way of telling without troubleshooting. However in a 15 year old car its likely that its lots more involved than just adding freon. If you do get away adding freon its going to leak out again as what ever caused it the first time still exists!! Could be real expensive ie: compressor, condensor, evaporatot, etc. I would take it to a good A/C shop.
