Missing fuses

I was checking around in my trunk and found this fuse box next to the battery that appears to be missing some fuese. I am not sure if it is suppose to be like this or not, but the car runs fine with no problems. Can someone check their trunks to see if this is normal?

I believe that these spaces are fuse locations for equipment not installed on your vehicle or for other versions of your vehicle in other countries.
