Just to make sure I am understanding this correctly, because I was also looking to find out about Service A & B.
Service A - Maintenance - full service based on the diagnosis from Service B.
Service B - Routine check up to diagnose any direct problem - besides replacing windshield wipers and the coarse cabin filter, can they do anything else that is useful, so I would know to make sure I don't get ripped off.
Thank you.

a and b services
The services --A and B (and c etc. on 211 and 230) do vary slightly depending on year and model. All services get Mobil 1 oil change w/ fleece filter. A dealer will normally inspect almost everything at ANY service...mb required or not!! Including brakes, battery, spare tire, tire psi/wear, flex discs, fluids, leaks, etc. The B service includes a tire rotation if applicable. B service includes cabin A/F and Wipers if applicable. If under fact. warrenty at ANY service time (specific model years) you can get a free brake fluid flush @ 2yrs after purchase and i think lube sunroof, 3yrs=coolant flush.
