HELP w220 wing mirror problem

HELP w220 wing mirror problem
Hi guys.

This problem has just emerged today. Just came back to the car after shopping and go to unfold the wing mirrors using the button in the car. The passenger side comes out as normal, but the driver side does not. I can hear the motor whirring, but the mirror does not move.

Any ideas on what the problem could be and how I could fix it?
