first deisel

im looking to buy a 1983 300sd this will be my first desiel. i need to know what to look out for. it has 200000 miles to the eye its in good shape but what lies below... give me a heads up

200k miles seems a little low for a 23 year old car...you might want to check for odometer rollback. Are you going to do a biodiesel retrofit?

On a 200000 mile car look out for everything. Its going to be expensive to keep on the road, hope you are aware of this fact
