COMAND in a 2003 E500?

Hello, just bought from a forum member a COMAND from his "06 W211. My car is an early-build (October '02) 2003 E500 Sport. WIll this unit work in my car, and, how can I add Satellite Radio? Where does the antenna go with a Pano roof?
