Any MB technician in MA/RI/CT area?

I have recently purchased a Euro COMAND (originally imported by Steve...woohoo!) that I would like to replace my current W463 system with. (should be fairly simple job...). I also need to replace my dysfunctional bixenon ballast(but reluctant to get ripped off by dealer)....Is there any MB tech in the area that might be able to offer me a little help/advice?
ANY help would be very much appreciated!!!
